1.

ok, I just wrote the intro. I thought I should make that a seperate post though, because this is going to be an actual post. not an introduction.
so today I haven't actually done a lot of fitness-like-activity. I spent most of my day hanging out under the sun, so no complaints. I want to get my hair lighter, and I was thinking of getting highlights put in, but I have blonde hair so I thought I should try to lighten my hair naturally, first. so that is what I did! I also ending up tanning a little bit, aswell. I went to get 2 warts burnt off also, today. I know, it sounds pretty gross. I have one patch of warts on my elbow, and the other on my ankle. I thought I should type that in there because this is about fitness and health.
it's only about 5:37 P.M. right now, so I am going to get off of the computer and get some more sun. maybe I will do my nails. I like having this, to just type out what I'm thinking. it's weird, but fun.

HEY!
so I just started this. today. I'm excited to use this thing! this is sort of going to be like my.... summer 'fitness' diary. I put quotations around the word fitness because I'm not someone who is super into STAYING FIT AND ATHLETIC. I'm not. so I'll start off with you all knowing that. I am using this blog mainly for myself, and hey, if people decide to read it, I'll be stoked.
in this blog, I'll be typing about the food that I eat, (the healthy choices and the not so healthy choices), my running and biking routine, (not that I really have a specific routine, maybe I'll make one!), and some other things that revolve around fitness and health.
like I said before, the reason that I am starting this blog is for myself. if somehow, someone finds it, reads it, and enjoys it, I will be quite happy, (not that I expect anything like that).
anyways, that's the 'dailyself' blog intro!
